To introduce the residencial high-end building to its potential clients. To tell its story through photorealistic cityscape-integrated images, an interior design project for the first apartment, a recognizable logo and a user-friendly website.
Our challenge was to harmoniously blend the building's classical architecture with clean and minimalist graphic design to obtain an aerated and elegant looking brand. A freehand painted seashell reflects the one-of-a-kind state of the building, while the laconic style-guide gives it a modern touch.
BRANDING AND IDENTITY
The photorealistic images of Perla Residence are the result of a close collaboration with the client, the multiple overviews of each material that has been used and the deep study of the neighborhood.
ARCHITECTURAL CGI VISUALIZATION
INTERIOR DESIGN
To develop the potential of the interior spaces of Perla Residence we have designed an apartment for a young family with one child. We've opted for an elegant eclectic look that reflects building's character as well as modern tendencies. The large open-space for the day area is lit by the natural light. Bronze elements from this interior interact with architectural bronze items, making a balance between interior and exterior.
WEB DESIGN
We have designed a user-friendly website that allows customers to explore Perla Residence from the inside as well as from the outside. The detailed floor plans for each level, the showroom apartment seen in still images and 360 degrees panorama together with the exterior visualizations develop the potential of the space, making it more apparent.
